Looking for a professional person with an outgoing personality to greet guest, answer phones, support office manager and direct calls . This job is much more than just a receptionist! This team member MUST be an outstanding people person who sets the tone and creates a pleasant and comfortable environment for everyone who comes thru the door. This person will be cross trained to learn all operations of the business. Looking for the right person to grow with our company.
Requirements:
Dependable, Friendly, resourceful, independent and energetic with strong customer service skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook and Social Media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great organizational skills
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments at a moment's notice
Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a diverse environment
Excellent problem solving skills, adaptability, and dependability
Ability to remain flexible in high pressure or continually changing situations
Experience with multi-phone systems
