Customer Service Rep for growing E-Commerce based company - Compensation: TBD in Bellevue, Idaho

This isn't your typical Customer Service position. We are one of the top start-up companies in the Seattle/Bellevue area and we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative who is hard working, self driven and a team player.

We are a 12 person strong E-Commerce based company looking for A-game players. We are fast growing and continually profitable. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to all our customers and to help the company grow to its greatest potential. We work in a fast paced environment and we hold every employee to the expectation that they provide quality work for the benefit of the team.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate for this position would be ambitious and task oriented. Prior customer service experience and basic computer/internet knowledge is a must. Because of the technical nature of one of our top websites, having a background in computers and/or home theatre set-up would be preferred; troubleshooting is sometimes part of the job. Candidates must be able to ask fact-finding questions in order to quickly find a resolution. We package customer orders daily so light to heavy lifting will occur. Sales experience and the ability to close a deal would be beneficial in this position as well.
Job Description:
Answer phones
Place orders
Respond to customer?s emails
Package orders and prepare them for shipment
Troubleshoot for technical support
